SCINQ Neurocosmetics Enters India’s Luxury Skincare Market With Two New Formulations

SCINQ Neurocosmetics enters India's luxury skincare market with two science-led day and night creams. Discover its neurocosmetic formulations, key ingredients, product features and pricing.

SCINQ Neurocosmetics has announced its entry into India’s luxury skincare market with the launch of two formulations, introducing a science-led approach that explores the connection between the mind, nervous system and skin. The products, available through the brand’s official website, www.scinq.in, are developed around its philosophy, “The science of mind. The intelligence of skin.”

Neurocosmetics is an emerging field that examines how the skin responds to sensory, environmental and emotional stimuli. With stress, disrupted sleep, long working hours and environmental exposure increasingly becoming part of everyday life, consumers are paying greater attention to how internal well-being reflects on skin health. SCINQ aims to address these concerns by combining neurocosmetic activities with potent botanical blends in its advanced scientific formulations.

Explaining the thinking behind the brand, Shrishti Yadav, Co-Founder of SCINQ Neurocosmetics, said, “We created SCINQ because we felt there was a larger conversation missing from skincare — the relationship between what we experience internally and what our skin experiences externally. Stress, emotions and our environment are all part of modern life that impact the health of our skin. Yet, for generations, skincare has traditionally approached the skin in isolation. Neurocosmetics allows us to look at our skin through a much wider lens.”

The launch collection comprises two products: Dew Defence Day Cream and Calm Essence Night Cream. Dew Defence Day Cream is formulated with Neurobiox™ and selected potent botanicals. Designed for daytime use, the formulation focuses on protection, hydration, skin comfort and resilience.

Calm Essence Night Cream is powered by Neurophroline™, a scientifically validated neurocosmetic active proven to reduce cortisol levels. Developed around an evening skincare ritual, the formulation combines neurocosmetic science with ingredients intended to support deep hydration, repair, replenishment and rejuvenation.

Both formulations also contain Mimiskin™, a biomimetic ingredient that creates a skin-identical film to support the skin's moisture barrier. It is designed to protect the skin from external aggressors, including pollution, dust and other environmental factors.

Shubham Godara, Co-Founder and CEO of SCINQ Neurocosmetics, said the brand aims to bring a more responsive approach to luxury skincare.

“Luxury skincare has traditionally been defined by sophisticated formulations, sensorial experiences and high-performance ingredients. We believe the next evolution lies in making skincare more intelligent and more responsive to the realities of the consumer. People today are dealing with constant stimulation, stress, environmental exposure and increasingly complex lifestyles. SCINQ is our attempt to understand that reality and translate it into a more considered and holistic skincare experience,” he said.

SCINQ is targeting discerning, mature women living in urban India who are affluent and familiar with established luxury skincare brands. Its intended consumer base includes working professionals, entrepreneurs and women balancing demanding personal and professional lives.

The brand identifies stress, disrupted sleep, screen exposure and environmental factors as concerns shaping this consumer segment's skincare requirements. It also highlights the importance of science-backed formulations, ingredient transparency and sensorial experiences among its target customers.

Both products are available in 50g packs. Dew Defence Day Cream is priced at Rs. 3,000, while Calm Essence Night Cream costs Rs. 4,300. Trial packs in 20g sizes are also available.

With its entry into the Indian luxury skincare market, SCINQ aims to build awareness of neurocosmetics in the country and contribute to a wider discussion on the relationship between stress, emotions, lifestyle, skin health and overall well-being.
